Children do not take it seriously but yes its true we hear in childhood rabbits eat carrots so vision is sharp. Since the middle ages carrots has been regarded as miracle vegetable but association with vision came into light after World War II . British Royal Army Force  woven a tale about the  ‘Cats eye’ Pilot John whose sharp vision was attributed to his carrot rich  daily diet and all other soldiers were also encourage to eat carrot
